A picture is worth a thousand words....

Like in many business situations, it comes down to whether you are seeing the entire picture or only part of it. Is your interpretation of the situation accurate, or is it clouded by some background noise? Such as unconscious biasness, lack of understanding or even a lack of knowledge of the environment in which your organisation operates within.

When confronted by any situation be it personal or business, it would serve us well to take everything into consideration before deciding or making an assumption.
