BRC Changes - Are we ready?

There is yet another change to the BRC standard requirements, which goes live next month. There will be no transtion period, neither will the Certification Bodies be providing any gap analysis for organisations.

The changes largely cover areas reagrding the food safety culture, environmnetal monitoring programmes, VACCP, TACCP and generally clarifying many of the exisiting clauses.
